Rhinoplasty Surgery Toronto
Rhinoplasty (reshaping of the nose, a.k.a. nose job) is our most popular facial feature enhancement procedure. Understanding your cosmetic goals is essential to a great outcome, so in addition to a thorough examination and discussion, at your consultation we will utilize ‘morphing’ software to modify your existing picture and reach a realistic picture of your desired surgical outcome. Whether for primary rhinoplasty or revision rhinoplasty, we consider all options including closed and open techniques, sutures or grafts for tip enhancement, cartilage to silicone for augmentation, and septoplasty to spreader grafts to improve airway. Our recommendation will be whatever is safest and most reliable for you.

Incisions are made inside the nose to provide access to cartilage and bone which can be cut and reshaped to alter the external appearance of the nose. The bridge of the nose can be narrowed by moving the bone inward, as shown by the arrow.
Areas where cartilage and bone have been readjusted to improve the shape of the nose are shown.
